1. Where we ship
We deliver worldwide. A small number of remote destinations may be excluded at checkout for courier reasons — if so, you'll see it before you pay.

3. Delivery times
- UK: 2–4 business days.
- Europe: 4–8 business days.
- US, Canada & rest of world: 7–14 business days.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us.
4. Duties and import taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude any import duties or local taxes. For deliveries outside the UK, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us.
5. Tracking
Every order ships tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email support@rthompsonsons.shop and we'll chase it.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy.
