Refund & Return Policy
Changed your mind or something not right? Here's exactly how returns and refunds work. Last updated 22 June 2026.
1. Our promise
We want you happy with your watering kit. You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
2. What can be returned
- Items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
- In a resaleable condition, with any seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of hose that has been cut to length, or any item that has been used outdoors, unless it is faulty.
3. Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@rthompsonsons.shop with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a return address and a simple reference number.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
5. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's done. Original shipping is refunded for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns the outbound shipping is non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us — we'll refund you in full. If it has already shipped, treat it as a return above.
