We share data only with processors that help us run the shop:

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Some processors are outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 6 years for tax). Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to our processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Under the CCPA/CPRA (California residents) you have the right to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of any sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

To exercise any right, email privacy@rthompsonsons.shop. We respond within the time limits set by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

We use essential cookies to run the store and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. EU/UK visitors are asked before any non-essential cookie loads. See the Cookie Policy.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant systems — it never touches our servers.

We'll post any updates here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
